Physics as a research field shows low representation of female researchers and a rather “masculine” image. To better understand the reasons for this and to support physics-related institutes in their efforts to reach gender equality, the European Commission, under the Horizon 2020 framework program, funded the three-year program Gender Equality Network in physics in the European Research Area (GENERA).
Here we provide results of the status assessment within GENERA:
How to improve the research cultural environment (GENERA project report D2.2)
Outcome of the GENERA interview series and guidelines (GENERA project report D2.3)
Gender and Mobility: Insights into the field of Physics (GENERA project report M4.2)
