In 2015, a further step was taken to improve important aspects of procedures. A training session on diversity in the context of research funding was conceived, allowing board members and FWF staff (such as heads of departments, scientific project officers, and administrational project officers) to learn more about the theoretical background thereof. Participants' feedback clearly confirmed an increased awareness of the importance of the topic after the workshop.| |**More information:**|Austrian Science Fund (FWF) (Austria)\\ Website: https://www.fwf.ac.at/en/|
