|**Description:	**|The Permanent Presidential Committee 'Chances' has been established to embed the issue of 'Equal Opportunity' at the management level. Its inaugural meeting took place in February 2016. The establishment of the Committee - which bundles all activities, goals and requirements in the area of 'Equal Opportunity' - ensures that this strategic aim of the Max Planck Society will be executed on the in- and outside in a continuous, binding and visible manner. The Committee is chaired by the Vice President of the Max Planck Society, Prof. Dr. Dr. hc. Angela Friederici.|
